Acted as a liaison between borrowers and third-party lenders. Oversaw origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding for submitted mortgages, supervised mortgage brokerage operations, and directed a staff of 17. Held primary responsibility for account management and customer interface; e.g. closing, counseling, and pre-qualification, for all individual loans. Evaluated weekly production pipeline reports and conducted quality assurance audits on closed loans. Personally performed accounts payables, receivables, and payroll via QuickBooks Pro
