Daily Duties at Equity National Title & Closing Services, Inc.:
Create, implement, and manage strategic objectives and general operations within every level of the organization including direct management of the Director of Partner Management, Business Process Engineers, and the Director of Training. Ensure superior service delivery and consistent adherence to policies and procedures. Target effectiveness and efficiencies reviewing, developing, reporting, and documenting standard operational processes. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction via process re-engineering, new technology implementations, and operational motivation / team building. Manage extended project as business owner constructing new operating system for all production functions. Direct projects based on strategic objectives to outsource numerous business processes in India.
