Daily Duties at General Dynamics Robotric Systems:
I was the lead lathe man for 9 yrs.I was responsible for getting jobs done on time scheduling each job that would run the best in a certain machine.I ordered inserts when we were low.Kept inventory on how many Parts were ran ,how many we needed! Delegated overtime. Kept my machine running and helped out with newer employees.exp. the ones with potential.Many of the kids that worked with me are doing very well.

I Know Speeds And Feeds For all Materials, I can set up and run any CNC with Fanuc or Yasnac Control, I can fluently program g & m codes with can cycles for any CNC with Fanuc or Yasnac Controls, I can set-up conventional Mills (Bridgeport)ect. I also set-up and run conventional Lathes. Chase threads Comfortable with 4 Jaw Chucks!!!!, I Program set-up and run any CNC Lathe from the small 6" chuck to the 32" chuck on the Cincinnati milicron. ., Mori-Seki 3 axis with Live Tooling and double turrent CNC Lathe was the Machine I 1st used to get used to live Tooling and Transfer the 1st op pc. onto the 2nd op chuck It in my opinion was the Cadillac of all the Lathes I set-up and Ran.From milling Hex'
