Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase :

Onsite audits for Attorneys/Trustees/Company. Audits include interviewing Attorneys, Management and Partners for each firms/trustees/company. Responsible for completing Attorney/Trustee/Company audit scorecards and making sure findings are sent within the allowable timeline; Initiate and leads pre-audit conference calls. Supports the Attorney Audit Manager in organizing the quarterly audit schedules and meetings for all Attorney Auditors. Responsible for the preparation of internal reports to ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements. Enrures that Operations Manager/Law Firms/Trustee Firms/Company are provided with appropriate advice/guidance/plan of action regarding regulatory environment, to enable them to establish structure and framework required to be complioant in all business activities. Ensures that Law Firms/Trustee Firms/Company conducts its business in compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, laws, best practices and group compliance standards. Responsible in coordinating with local counsel and the Office of the Secretary on all legal and corporate matter; Handled the preparation of documents and assisted in answering queries during regulatory audits. Acted as primary liaison with the local regulators (if needed) on behalf of J.P. Morgan Chase. Ensures that all foreclosure, bankruptcy, payoff, reinstated files, Firm/Trustee/Company operations policies and procedures are all compliant wth corporate, federal and state ruling. Assisted in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures as well as reviewed and approved forms and all related operational procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulatory, legal and industry requirements. Participated in the Bank's Compliance Committeee that provided reports and information to top management and government related agencies such as GAD and OCC as necessary. Execute all trainings for Auditors, Specialists and Researchers.
