Daily Duties at Net App:
Disk Drive Program Manager: > Responsible for phase gate reviews, getting formal approval of POR and release of HDD/SSD used in NetApp-EPG disk drive enclosures. > Facilitated core team meetings to communicate program status, track open critical issue and provide guidance on upcoming drive qualifications (2010 – 2014). > Collected program qualification hardware requirements (disk drives and enclosure HW); drove requirements through Engineering Inventory DB (NPD) / allocated necessary HW to test teams for drive qualification testing. > Provided budgetary guidance on disk drive program > Worked with drive vendors on drive availability (early qualification level drive samples) and provided guidance on quantities required for drive certification qualification testing Customer Program Manager, EOEM/SGI(1999 – 2005) and IBM(2005-2010) > Responsible for customer specific SOWs(Statements of Work) to document specific customer requirements > Facilitated the release of customized array enclosures for these customers. SYSTEM TEST ENGINEER NETAPP INC (PREVIOUSLY LSI CORP) 1994 – 1999 > Responsible for the documentation and implementation of system test plans to test NetApp-EPG array products. > Responsibilities included: o Creation/Release of test plans and reports o Overseeing environmental, EMC/EMI, and safety testing of disk array products (per test plans) o Communication of test status / progress towards approved POR
