Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Sr. Desktop Support Administrator / Hardware Maintainer. Responsibilities included the Analysis of all software and software products installed in support of the US CENTOM J2 Intelligence Directorate and the Defense Intelligence Agency while assigned to MacDill AFB Tampa, FL. Chiefly among those were the Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems along with other systems that employed either UNIX or Linux OS's. Expert in troubleshooting the special software systems and hardware associated with the Targets section at CENTCOM. Required to assist at least 6 to 10 customers daily and was able to consistently maintain or exceed this requirement. My biggest responsibility was to maintain and support the High End systems and servers that supported the Data Center that had assets installed worth over $800 Million. Fully versed on the operation and maintenance of SUN, Dell, HP/Compaq servers and workstations. Responsible for assisting over 2500 customers with all issues related to the use of the software and hardware related to the intelligence mission at US CENTCOM.
