I supervised 7 hardware technicians supporting all hardware issues for U.S customs and Border Protection for both Oconus and Conus. Diagnosed and troubleshot printer, laptop and desktop issues. Diagnosed and troubleshot various computing equipment. These includes monitors, license Plate Readers, Biometric equipment, fingerprint scanners, passport readers/scanners and UPS units. Conferred with system engineers and field technical officers and superiors to discussed computer hardware failures issues and define cost effective approach and timely corrective remedies.
