Managed the air carrier Safety Department to include all Flight Safety, Ground Safety (General Industry) and Emergency Response programs. Managed the air carrier Regulatory Compliance Department ensuring regulatory compliance across the company and within all departments. Managed the air carrier Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) ensuring this critical aircraft maintenance oversight system meets and exceeds all FAA requirements and expectations. Managed the air carrier Reliability Department ensuring dispatch reliability meets or exceeds company and customer expectations. Managed the air carrier Document Services Department ensuring all company manuals to include Jeppesen flight publications are correct and up to date. Managed the aircraft and engine record section ensuring all aircraft and engine records are properly maintained.
