Daily Duties at Ellicott Dredges:
I was responsible for all the work that had to be ran through the 3 axis mills. My immediate foreman said I was making such a good name for myself that the management was talking about the lay off of day shift that ran the 2 mills and letting me take over the workload. Two months later the machines sat during the day and only ran when I cam in at night.

I Know Speeds And Feeds For all Materials, I can set up and run any CNC with Fanuc or Yasnac Control, I can fluently program g & m codes with can cycles for any CNC with Fanuc or Yasnac Controls, I can set-up conventional Mills (Bridgeport)ect. I also set-up and run conventional Lathes. Chase threads Comfortable with 4 Jaw Chucks!!!!, I Program set-up and run any CNC Lathe from the small 6" chuck to the 32" chuck on the Cincinnati milicron. ., Mori-Seki 3 axis with Live Tooling and double turrent CNC Lathe was the Machine I 1st used to get used to live Tooling and Transfer the 1st op pc. onto the 2nd op chuck It in my opinion was the Cadillac of all the Lathes I set-up and Ran.From milling Hex'
