Daily Duties at Rs Logistics:
• Develop contract and SOP for HazMat transportation • Projects including the development of driver retention programs ( 40% increase) • Development of efficient traffic lanes and distribution programs ( 15% revenue increase) • Development of customer service protocol • Negotiation of lanes and rates with carriers. • Negotiation of timber rights in Canada • Develop logistic solutions and relations between clients and suppliers • Develop effective routing and schedules for LTL and JIT freight • Develop maintinence protocol and schedules for equipment • Customs and import problem –solving.
