Daily Duties at Ultimate Software Group:
Responsible for the day to day support operations for 12 technical support specialists. Manage the call volume to ensure that all customers are called back in a timely manner. Work closely with the customer services management team to provide seamless support integration for customer issues that encompassed technical issues along with product issues. Responsible for the support of the internal legacy payroll application and all its ancillary products. Responsible for the web based internal payroll product and all its ancillary products such as a work flow module and a time clock module. Responsible for the resolution of problems relating to the payroll product as it related to running in a Citrix environment.
