Daily Duties at Ultimate Software Group:
Responsible for the long term vision and goals of the technical support call center and intersourcing department. Provide guidance to the manager of the technical support team who reported to me. Responsible for creating and maintaining the budgets for the department. Interface with the development team to provide feedback and analysis of the core product. This entailed reporting on defects and customer feedback on possible product enhancements. Interface with the quality assurance team to provide information on product defects. Constant analysis of the processes used to provide customer support. Always looking for ways to enhance the process. Reported to the CIO
