Daily Duties at Ultimate Software Group:
I was asked to spearhead the effort to design and build a hosted (Cloud before the word cloud was used) environment using Citrix and the internet to provide an easy solution for converting our customer base from a legacy model to a hosted model.. I had 13 employees and two managers who reported to me. I reported to the CIO. The day to day was overseen by my managers and I provided the vision for long term strategies. Developed a Citrix configuration to meet the needs of the new product. Part of a team that defined the on going strategy for the hosting center. Responsible for setting goals for the team and myself on a yearly basis. Also responsible for evaluating those goals.
