I was self employed and had no employees reporting to me. My mission was to create a data warehouse for reporting purposes on distressed loans purchased from from Banks during the mortgage crisis. Rialto worked in conjunction with the FDIC so I was responsible for creating a weekly report that had to be delivered to them in a timely manner.
