Daily Duties at Tk Holdings:

Provide a direction and goals for my team that aligns with plant goals and objectives. Identify solutions and direct team members by assigning tasks and projects to support the manufacturing process. Create and manage department budgets. Provide cost estimations for capital equipment as well as manage equipment acquisition. Manage external contractors when needed to support internal projects. Ensure compliance with corporate rules and federal and local laws are met or exceeded. Design and acquire high speed manufacturing equipment and production lines. Design electrical control panels, SCADA, robotic and plc systems. Assist in resolving and finding solutions to complex equipment and controls issues.
