Daily Duties at Intact Technology:
-Oversee daily operations of a $14M consulting firm including management of the administrative, human resources and accounting staff. -Proposal preparation, negotiation, review and administration of software license, software maintenance, implementation and business services contracts. -Interact daily with staff, partners and customers to assess and resolve any and all issues related to employment, contracts and policy. -Developed and managed travel program for consultants which resulted in a 30% reduction in Intact’s travel budget. -Implement and manage special projects and performance based human resources and accounting initiatives. - Primary contact for Intact’s GSA schedule, SBA certification, HubZone application and other related certifications.
