Daily Duties at Lincoln Technical Institute:
As Academic Dean I serve as part of the school’s management team to ensure that the school’s operation is in full compliance with all government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures in its deliverance of education to the student body or faculty. I also ensure that the school delivers the highest level of quality, ethics and integrity for the school. I manage the education department to achieve the optimum level of student retention striving to fulfill the institutional aims and missions of the organization. As the school’s educational leader, I have the primary responsibility for the school’s educational operation.
