Daily Duties at Armorstruxx:
Managed installation of new equipment to convert factory from PC board to Composite Armor Manufacturing. Hired and managed staff of eight maintenance technicians to cover 24/7 production operation. Installed equipment and trained staff to maintain ten 87K FLOW Water jet machines. Installed Sand blast and Paint booths per OSHA regulations. Developed and managed preventive maintenance program which provided less than 2.5% downtime. Converted boiler room (500 Hp Hurst Boiler) to full OSHA compliance. Certified forklift training instructor- Trained over 100 forklift operators. Managed monthly budget of spare parts for entire factory.
