 Assisted the store manager with hiring and training of all staff, payroll hours and budgets.  Controlled inventory through proper ordering and sales procedures with a constant review of any loss prevention best practices.  Promoted and merchandised for seasonal and sales events.  Provided assistance at other locations when needed.  Received merchandise from the warehouse and vendors for restock and sales events
