Daily Duties at Walgreens Drug Co.:
As a store manager, I moved/transferred from different stores of sales of 5.5M to 12M annual sales to help those store locations to improve in either of inventory, sales, or employee staffing issues. Managed and attained store sales, gross profits, expenses, income, and payroll budgets. Managed and attained inventory budgets to include selecting and ordering new, promotional and permanent merchandise. Recommended, implemented, and enforced company policies and procedures designed to identify and minimize profit loss.
