Developed schedules for the Golf Team, Sports, Lodge, Operations, Bikes, and Fitness Departments and monitored payroll on a daily basis to ensure payroll plans are met. Managed the sales performance for these departments to meet sales and margin goals while upholding company standards with merchandising. Recruited, interviews, and hired for the hourly and salaried associates in the hardline areas. Responsible for execution and review of annual inventory procedures. Issued appropriate counseling and discipline action to those associates who failed to meet performance standards. Ensured compliance pertaining to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention, and cash handling.
