Daily Duties at Penske Chevrolet:
Develops sales by maintaining rapport with new and previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, and responding to inquiries. Demonstrates knowledge of automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties and services. Attend sales meetings and trainings offered by the dealership to maintain best practice. Provides sales management with information by completing reports. Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests. Follow up on closed sales, and provide after sales services.
