Daily Duties at Penske Chevrolet:

 Develops sales by maintaining rapport with new and previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, and responding to inquiries.  Demonstrates knowledge of automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties and services.  Attend sales meetings and trainings offered by the dealership to maintain best practice.  Provides sales management with information by completing reports.  Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests.  Follow up on closed sales, and provide after sales services.
