Daily Duties at Natieastek:

Served as the key point of contact for complaints and issues regarding receivables and deliverables; troubleshot and evaluated issues and diligently resolved problems within a 24-hour period. Trained, mentored, and supervised employees regarding current and revised United States Postal Service rules and regulations relating to mail processing services. Ensured that staff members comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as function at adequate proficiency levels. • Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in meeting with the Department of Justice and Nati Eastek management to present and evaluate mail operations designed to improve operational efficiency. • Designed, developed, and integrated a diverse range of innovative and cost-effective corrective measures and subsequent action plans as required for production improvement. • Provided continuous updates to the Federal Protective Service (FPS) in response to receiving suspicious packages, letters, and threatening calls. Lead a cross-functional team of administrative and maintenance professionals in effectively managing and maintaining multiple properties. Direct all aspects of day-to-day operations for a diverse range of assets and properties in strict compliance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations. Develop a comprehensive understanding of many different industries involving property management-related issues. Stay abreast of current market trends and conditions and apply research skills toward maintaining and updating property accountability records, evaluating property conditions, and coordinating disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. • Cultivated strong relationships with various vendors in order to negotiate competitive rates for services and ensure efficiency of operations. • Lead staff and support management by conducting property audits, as well as preparing and submitting property administration policies. • Proactively reduced maintenance and other technical issues by executing key preventative maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance. • Played a key role in property management support initiatives by creating periodic and special purpose reports relative to such matters as taxes, rentals and leasing, insurance, and facility usage.
