Daily Duties at Wise Metals Group:
Responsible for strategic planning, development and leadership of entire finance and IT functions as well as day-to-day operations management of all company's divisions. Directed several major acquisitions projects. Recruited, developed and managed teams of finance and IT professionals, managers and support staff. Prepared consolidated financial statements, budgeting, and analysis for the corporation and three subsidiaries according to FASB standards, including mark-to-Market.
