Daily Duties at The Chamberlain Group:

o Leader of the buyers/planners group (2 supervisors and 19 planner/buyers) o Responsible for all purchase parts giving support to Manufacturing Operations at Nogales facility. o Control and planning raw material inventory levels to an optimum level to meet the business objectives (20k active parts, $48M RIP) o Negotiations global agreements with strategic and tactical suppliers (USA, .Europe, and Asia) o Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) implementation with top Asia Suppliers, reducing RIP $10M in a period of 6 months. o Cost reduction projects (supply chain), managing phase in & phase out of the inventory o Document process and flow charts of top activities to reduce waste in the purchasing process
