Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies:

Administration of record retention program including department coding and annual records review for 250 employees in four field offices; material handling process and services for sales and service offices Training of business partners on guidelines and distribution procedures; administrative and concierge support for mobile and local customers including reservation process, resource materials and data connection equipment, assist with connectivity and technology issues; administration of local security system including access card processes, ID card issuance and visitor escort Technical set up for conference rooms including audio/visual connections and video broadcast as needed; liaison between local office and property management company
