Responsible for strategic planning and operational oversight of department responsible for Company Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Souring, Transportation Management, Sourcing, Purchasing (roughly 20% of products sold), Inventory Management, Replenishment Strategies, Detailed Production Scheduling, Product Lifecycle management (introduction and deletion management of inventories), Customer Service and order Processing (30% of Sales were to other Coca-Cola Bottlers), communication of Supply Chain results and projects to Sr. Leadership, Acted as liaison for former RLM peers to assist with prior unresolved issues, worked closely with Cost Accounting Team to improve business/finance understanding of business decisions being made, continued to mentor previous direct and indirect reports from prior roles, responsible for developing key cross functional relationships with Marketing, Sales, production and Logistics personnel.
