Daily Duties at Signal Corporation:
Responsibilities include management and oversight of the day-to-day activities for the accounts payable and payroll operations. Additional responsibilities include the management and oversight of the company’s Costpoint project accounting system conversion and implementation. Implementation and conversion activities include the following: Coordination and documentation of cross-functional business system requirements; development of project conversion schedule; data mapping and data migration of legacy accounting system to Costpoint Oracle database; application functionality testing and data integrity validations; installation, setup, and development of CP reports for business reporting requirements; and development of additional reporting tools via Deltek System I Querywriter and Microsoft Access.
