Daily Duties at S2 Incorporated:

Senior Consultant/Project Manager: Responsibilities include providing business software consulting services for the Sage 100 ERP accounting software and the S2 Project Accounting Module add-on module; consulting support of large-scale accounting system conversions (Deltek Costpoint); day-to-day duties include oversight of software development activities associated with the project efforts. Co-designed and oversaw the development of DCAA labor compliant web-based electronic timekeeping application; co-developed a mid-tier project accounting software solution for the Sage 100 ERP software platform; co-designed and co-developed a mid-tier project management budgeting and scheduling application integrated with the Sage 100 ERP project based solution; Sage 100 ERP certified; coordinated and performed implementation and training efforts for over 81 companies; provide customer help desk support in the ongoing use of the Sage 100 ERP project based solution. Assist clients in the setup of business processes, e.g. labor compliance, general ledger chart of accounts design, general ledger reconciliations, indirect pool setup and usage, incurred cost submissions, billing and revenue recognition, payroll, and other daily processes associated with the accounting/financial system.
