Daily Duties at Abbott Northwestern Hospital:
My role as the Health Unit coordinator was to relays appropriate information to provide comprehensive patient care by entering various order in patient chart using the electronic medical record and lab order via the electronic laboratory records. The efficiency and high performance in my job were the result of the high level of team building and excellent verbal, written and oral communication. This ultimately ensure a great flow between the nonclinical activities related to patient care, the physician’s orders and the referral services for patients.
