Daily Duties at Jump Start:
• Managed administration team and performed general administrative duties • General staff supervision • Responsible for training new employees on policies and procedures, assuring the safety of clientele by doing a full background check and verifying credentials. • Provided Employee counseling • Co-ordinate and maintain database and paperwork management, assuring records and schedules are accurate and consistently maintained • Prepare / Process Discharge documents
