Daily Duties at Core:
Upholding highest standards of OSHA and the Leed credit programs. Motivation teams to meet schedules and execute plans with the highest level of quality. Budgeting job costs and managing project construction without overruns. Managing several multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects. Directing and supervising the foremen and field personnel with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensuring all construction is in compliance with design specifications and completed on schedule, adhere to budget, meet accounting requirements and build to quality standards. Directing multiple projects simultaneously. Maintaining and enforcing safety regulations and building code requirements. Developing and executing detailed work plans for future scheduled work.
