Daily Duties at General Dynamics Information Technology:
Accepted an assignment to create a Tier 2 support team for the Defense Intelligent Agency (DIA) in response to 9/11. Managed a group of 11 MCSEs who volunteered to stand-up a true one call resolution support desk in a very intense high pressure, high visible environment. Provided administrative services for GDIT. Established the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) using ITIL best practices. Responsible for interactions required between other service support teams around the world. Created presentations for the morning brief with the Watch Officer who briefed the Director of DNI.
