Managed different facets of business including: project management, budgeting, billing and collection, bid evaluation, administration, purchasing, scheduling, and hiring. Responsible for developing, implementing, and updating written office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency Manage accounts Payable/Receivable and expense control procedures Oversee inventories, supply ordering, and report preparation Supervised fourteen employees and general operations
