Daily Duties at Navfac Engineering And Expeditionary Warfare Center:

Directs development and implementation of Integrated Product Support Plans (IPSP) as the Senior, Product Support Integration Manager (PSIM) providing coordination of logistics support across critical equipment supportability areas that includes technical documentation, maintenance planning, supply support, training and support equipment for naval expeditionary forces. Plans and coordinates work effort of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements through monitoring of product support provider contracts and other procurement vehicles. Monitors product support execution to ensure achievement of cost and quality objectives; identify potential bottlenecks, analyze data, and offer recommendations to senior leadership. Plans and manages purchases; ensuring adherence to Navy and DoD procurement guidelines, policies, and procedures. Accountable for budget formulation and execution; creates realistic budgets for support product development and oversees a logistics product line comprised of $10B in heavy construction equipment.
