Daily Duties at First Data Corporation:
MID-MARKET RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Selected to become youngest RM hired and promoted to Mid-Market position. Engage national client base in driving profitability and revenue growth for $1B assigned portfolio. Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor/consultant and payment processing industry expert. Charged with growing newly sold partnerships and managing existing ones. Manage multiple teams as project manager for roll outs of newly sold products. Track and assess key performance indicators including revenue, adoption, and usage activity. Resolve complex profitability issues providing routine updates to management and coordinating timely solutions. Leverage vast knowledge of product offerings and charged with initiating and consultative up-selling enterprise suite of First Data to portfolio. Serve as primary point of contact for contract negotiations validating all business possibilities. Operate as Visa/MC financial interchange consultant ensuring development of cost-effective strategies. Prepare and present executive presentations for Board of Directors and C-suite executives for existing accounts while conducting client site visits.
