Daily Duties at Manpower Group:
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (NATIONAL ACCOUNTS) Serve as main contact and trusted advisor for the management and retention of a $1B assigned portfolio. Engage as project manager with implementing staff at newly assigned accounts. Engage client base in driving profitability and revenue growth. Build and develop lasting relationships within accounts by developing business through active contact with existing clients to enhance customer service and recognize accounts that may be at risk. Actively consult with clients to identify service solutions. Profile existing clients in conjunction with Sales Executives to ensure cross selling is occurring and new departments are uncovered for further growth. Partner with other Manpower lines of business to uncover sales opportunities in current customers. Provide high level customer service to clients and manage the relationship, with a focus on increasing overall wallet share for ManpowerGroup. Control and manage all issues related to invoicing, credits, adjustments, client spending, volume, pricing, increases, and other challenges related to assigned accounts. Review and prepare all financial and general management reports and present to HR management and C-suite executives on a quarterly basis. Conduct monthly client site visits.
