Daily Duties at Architect Of The Capitol, Capitol Visitor Center :
• Served as a Project Manager for all training initiatives at the Capitol Visitor Center. Provided staff orientation training, customer service training, and the training for the Congressional Historical Interpretive Program (CHIP), the tour training program that certified more than 3,000 Congressional Staff to conduct Capitol tours. This required engagement and collaboration with the Senate and House Art Curators, as well as historians and the Office of the Sergeant at Arms of both the House and the Senate.
