I directed three “follow the sun” Network Operations Centers (NOC) located in Florida, London, and Toronto with a support staff of 69 engineers. Our Managed Services aggregated revenue stream from all the centers was $25M. I also managed and had operational budget responsibility for the Level 3 World Wide Technical Chronic Support team (42 engineers), dispersed globally, that supported our Fortune 1000 client base.
