Daily Duties at Trinity Health Care:

Contracted to help new company build census, pr and marketing strategies during the process of expanding their portfolio to 14 facilities. Over the companies 3 facilities, Seguin, Gonzales and Luling. Training and putting admissions policy and procedures in place. Helping each facility do a SWAT and follow through with new marketing plans. Holding census calls to keep marketers and admissions on track. *Selected Achievements: * Chosen as person to help build new company. * Wrote new policy and procedures for the companies admissions department. * Have increased customer service by 50% and raised census across the board by 10%.
