Was the Senior Solution Architect working on the "Large Deals Team" that reported up through the Global Solutions Center and CTO which provided pre-sales business development support for all practice Infrastructure Outsourcing opportunities over 20 million dollars in scope. Primary responsibility was consultatively selling and providing solutions for services that included: IT Infrastructure & Outsourcing Management (shared – dedicated and hybrid FTE models) covering Networks, ITO, XaaS Cloud & Virtualization Computing, Server - Database and Storage Management, Data Center Operations (DC), Help Desk\Call Center Management, Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) Services, Transition Management, Governance, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Maturity and Management and On-shore/Off-shore service delivery. Managed the talent in the the Cognizant North American Solution Architecture Group (12 Solution Architects).
