Daily Duties at Century 3:
Worked with the primary investors to establish and build a business focused on delivering Engineering and Construction Management services. My main focus was on building and working with a network of employees, service providers, and clients to establish a sales channel and internal processes for managing workflow ● Developed and implemented a sales and marketing strategy focused and built many of our key relationships • Company Representative at networking events, marketing campaigns, client meetings, and other public events to develop a company name and brand image • Created and maintained a database of 100 potential clients mainly based on fortune 1000 global companies and large tier Chinese manufactures • Used Social Media Tools to prospect, qualify and present Century 3 solutions to potential clients based throughout the globe ● Used Chinese and US Social Media and Mobile platforms to increase Century 3’s Brand awareness ● Presented and consulted with potential clients to select the best Century 3 solution for their project ● Coordinated with internal departments in Architecture, Engineering, Procurement, Costing, and Construction teams, to prepare client tenders ● Worked with clients’ through the entire business cycle; from client development, contract agreements, customer follow up and Account
