Daily Duties at Degenkolb Engineers:
Working with project manager/engineer as a team CAD Coordinator to determine scope of work, project scheduling, estimated man hours and costs for project CAD deliverables for projects with a budget up to $8 million. This included work in the field. Responsible for scheduling CAD designers each week to meet numerous project deadlines, Responsible for checking all drawings prior to engineers check and before final issue. Performed steel and concrete design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD. Responsible for hiring new CAD designers as our company grew and thrived. Instructed and trained new designers in company policy to ensure overall consistency between project drawings.
