Daily Duties at Transitions For Youth:
To ensure that youth develop essential skills and competencies in education, employment, daily living, decision making, and interpersonal communication. Provide a supportive coaching relationship and opportunities to build public speaking skills, develop leadership competencies, and enhance their self-awareness as they pursue their educational and vocational goals. Each Project MYSELF participant is assigned a Support Coach, who is available to help them with issues related to academic functioning, emotional resiliency, job-readiness, physical wellness, and community, peer and adult partnerships.
