Daily Duties at Bowling Brook Prep School:
• Assisted in building and maintaining a safe, humane environment. • Utilized a confrontational approach within a GGI model. • Supported the academics, athletics, and career development through a sociological approach. • Prepared and facilitated GGI meetings four times a week in order to develop the group into a state of cohesion. • Mediated student/staff and staff/staff differences as requested. • Facilitated disciplinary intervention with students as needed. • Taught new staff Bowling Brook’s philosophy, expectations, daily operations, policies, and procedures. • Scheduled the staff to work. • Proofread all progress reports for students from counselors/teachers and submitted them to the case manager.
