Daily Duties at American Express:

Led a team of up to 18 employee's in Credit Operations (call center environment) with the responsibilities of driving results in collection efforts and customer service. Responsibilities as a Team Leader • Led a team of 15 credit analysts in Credit Operations • Train and coach direct reports on call effectiveness and ways to reduce call handling time and enhance the customer experience. • Monthly one-to-ones with team members to discuss employee development. • Completed call monitors to identify opportunities and provide the feedback to the team members. • Completed and delivered mid-year and year-end performance reviews. • Conducted weekly staff meetings with team members to provide updates • Attended weekly staff meetings with Sr. Leadership to receive department updates. • Worked closely with Risk partners to develop and provide feedback on policy and procedure.
