Provided strategic supervision to 80-person team in order to delivery first-class customer service. Managed overall in-store promotions in coordination with local distributors to capture guest interests. Facilitated training and effectual coaching for staff to meet and surpass company expectations. Organized and presided over sales and safety meetings with managers, associates, and distributors. Maintained coordination with team in ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
