Daily Duties at Ibm Corporation, Ibm Global Services:

Focal point responsible for planning Integrated Portfolio Management Team (IPMT) meetings across six (6) IGS Lines of Business: (Application Management Services (AMS), Business Consulting Services (BCS), Integrated Technology Services (ITS), Mid-Market (MM), Learning Services (LS), and Strategic Outsourcing (SO)). Key tasks included tracking and managing project schedules, tasks, actions items, risks and funding. This job required collaboration with high level executives (GM, Vps, Directors), whom were responsible for voting on project funding. Responsibilities also included interviewing, training, and overseeing employees hired to perform IPMT daily tasks. Additional job responsibilities included creation/distribution of monthly Newsletters and Bulletins to 3,000+ global employees; maintenance of department inventory using electronic Asset Management Tool (e-AMT); access control for IGS Teamrooms, and quality assurance (QA) to ensure audit readiness and business controls.
