Daily Duties at Ibm Corporation:

Business Transformation Management System (BTMS): IGF Business Unit Rep, Focal Point & Liaison to CIO ensuring successful, on-time execution of the following: * Serve as IGF Representative in following roles; - IGF Asset Process BxE - IGF Deployed Portfolio Manager (DPM) - IGF Initiative Lead Backup - IGF IPP Funding BxE (IT funding approver) - IGF Portfolio Manager * Provide IGF organization continuous BTMT operational support with creating/maintaining records throughout lifecycle * Annual BTMT setup of Initiative & Solution records * Asset record approver for (2) phases; newly created records, and when records marked production deployed * Conduct random self-assessment audits of BTMT * Represent IGF during Corporate and CIO audits of organizations BTMT records * Generate Brio queries as requested of portfolio inventory * Maintain education and reference material posted in IGF WR for BTMT users * Provide on-demand education throughout each day to users experiencing questions and/or problems in tool * Participate in requirements and testing for BTMT Release deployments throughout the year * Create IPP numbers (IT Funding approval confirmations) for asset records and submit to IGS to generate Account IDs * Manage Sunset process by obtaining approvals from Asset Owners that apps are no longer needed in portfolio, and then submit request via BTMT. Note that only DPMs can perform officially submitting Sunset requests to the CIO for final processing * Participate on CIO BTMS hosted calls representing IGF; * Bi-Weekly BTMS Operations Management Team calls * Monthly Deployed Portfolio Manager Teams calls 2. IGF BTIT Meeting Management System (recurring regular meetings); Lead IGF Meeting Management System by establishing cadence and ensuring successful and timely delivery of the following (2) recurring Gollogly Management Team meetings; * Monthly Direct Reports Meeting * Monthly Extended Staff Meetings Tasks include; - Conducting Pre-Meeting Agenda Planning - Builds and manage agenda including working with guest speakers - Review all materials for completeness, formatting, and compliance - Distribute and post all meeting documentation in TR - Ensure room readiness; test equipment prior to meetings - Lead schedule of alternating scribes for Direct Reports meetings - Document and distribute Extended Staff meeting minutes - Maintain repository of all meeting minutes in BTIT Action Tracker 3. Events & Meeting Planning: Successfully enable events on-time for 2008 * All Hands Meetings * Global Transformation Council (GTC) Meetings * Holiday Parties Tasks include; - Initiating Pre-Meeting Planning - Secure conference rooms and/or cafeteria - Conference call logistics - Confirm participants - Create and send calendar notice - Create and send meeting instructions - Setup Web Conference and/or shared drive for posting large files - Builds and manage agenda including working with guest speakers - Follow-up on all meeting requirements - Review all materials for completeness, formatting, and compliance - Distribute and post all meeting documentation - Ensure room readiness; test equipment & perform dry runs for large events - Document and distribute minutes prior to meetings - Followup on assigned Action Items - Frequently meetings include creation of handouts, printing and distribution to geo locations - Create / Administer Survey (feedback used as "Lessons Learned" method in identifying areas needing improvement for future meetings) - Maintain repository of all surveys in BTIT Action Tracker 4. Program Manage WMI for the IGF BTIT Organization. * Successfully drive organizational cycles for skills update in PDTool * Successfully deploy CV Wizard in 3Q08 5. Miscellaneous * Maintain IGF Deployment Matrix * Quickly respond to Executive and Program Manager requests * Demonstrate IBM Value of trust and personal responsibility in all relationships * Support the roll-out of Blue Opportunities & Career Talks for the IGF Business Unit * Partner with the IGF Program Areas, Geography Leaders, IGF Finance & Planning, Business Controls, IGA and the BT/CIO office. Also ensure solid communications between the areas and IGF's Senior/Executive Management team
