• Calendar management and upkeep, preparing pre-reads, created PowerPoint presentations, ran daily comp and sales reports, domestic and international travel (hotel, flights, cars) • Managed workflow for the two Vice President’s of Women’s’ and Non Apparel Merchandising, calendar management and upkeep, preparing pre-reads, created PowerPoint presentations, ran daily comp and sales reports, domestic and international travel (hotel, flights, cars) • Managed merchandise pipeline calendar in collaboration with cross-functional partners ensuring milestone meetings and deliverables met in timely manner • Organized logistics for off-sites and special events (agenda, planning, venue, vendors, team building exercises, brainstorming activities, catering, materials, audio-visual, note taking) • Conducted HR and financial activities which included on-boarding, new hire orientation and set up, organizational charts, departmental space planning, helped facilitate quarterly and annual performance reviews for direct rports, responsible for expense report reconciliations, managed department budget (equipment and supplies procurement, invoices, payroll), received consistent above target annual performance reviews • Special projects and personal assistance as needed (samples management, researching competitors, created press clippings library for merchants to track press coverage, maintained and assisted in writing seasonal product knowledge and concept books, planned, décor, theme for holiday, dinner parties, leisure travel
